• Authentication data: API tokens and session identifiers required to authorize uploads
• Upload metadata: file names, file sizes, MIME types, and timestamps associated with uploaded content
• Technical data: IP addresses, user agent strings, request headers, and server logs generated during interactions with the Service

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate and authorize access to the Service
• Deliver, cache, and serve uploaded content through our CDN infrastructure
• Monitor service performance, uptime, and system health
• Detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats

4. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded files are stored on our S3-compatible object storage infrastructure. Server logs and metadata are retained for a reasonable period necessary for security, debugging, and operational purposes. We may delete content and associated metadata upon account termination or at our discretion in accordance with our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service (storage, CDN edge nodes)
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Odynguard, our users, or the public

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (TLS), token-based authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may use cookies (such as cdn_token) for session management and authentication purposes. These are functional cookies required for the Service to operate and are not used for tracking or advertising.
