Odynguard provides a content delivery and file hosting endpoint ("CDN") that allows authorized users to upload, store, and distribute files via a globally distributed infrastructure.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Odynguard does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for any downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odynguard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Odynguard may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Odynguard reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
